I dont eat chicken. But was good

Seems every time we go they are either out of something or someone is a little rude. I like the food and the view is great. However, we hesitate to go because we never know if they will have what we want to order.

The food we ordered was extra crispy, was told it would take an extra 15 minutes, so I asked for regular crispy and was told they had it. After 30 minutes, we still didn't have our food. We ordered 5 pieces of chicken (mostly dark meat) and 3 sides. Went up to the counter and suddenly there was a hurry to get our food out. We were apologized to and given an extra piece of chicken. About a dozen people, including a large family came in after us, ordered, and received their food, as well as the drive thru orders. I used to work at a fast food restaurant that fried chicken and white meat only takes 20 minutes to fry. Considering ours was mostly dark meat, there is no way it should have taken half an hour for 5 pieces of chicken... The people were polite, but after waiting that long for fast food, we will never go back.

Bought a 24 pc hot wings, more than half were old. Unacceptable!

Seems to have almost a full staff yet takes like 30 minutes for a simple meal. Pretty sure their headset died and had to pull up to the window. Pretty ridiculous

$8.99 for 9 pieces legs and thighs, and large coleslaw $13.XX.

Went through drive thru waited a long time to be served then when I got home with my order I was missing my order of mac n cheese tried calling store with no answer. Drove back to restaurant having to wait in line for another 20 mins to advise of the problem. Did not apologize.

The food was ok but was not warm enough and the restrount was cold and uncomfortable.

The absolutely most confused staff I have ever encountered in my life. Every single person working here act like they just woke up.

30 min wait time on tenders is crazy. Had to pull around and reorder at the window because.... not sure why.

It was okay. Not fresh today. the biscuits were so hard we beat on them and they didn't break. Normally, the food is a little better. The staff are generally fine.

The staff is rude. When they get your order wrong, they will argue with you and say that it was my fault and try to get you to buy more.

Very poor service very poor food if they have any ready at all. For a chicken place they are always out of chicken. On 2-26-2020 I went to the drive thru to order a common 20 dollar fill up I was told the original crust would take 40 minutes. The extra crispy would take 20 minutes. This is the second and last time it has happened. They need to start over. I mean get rid of their staff and hire new that care about the business, and the brand.

Good place to eat, but sometimes a wait through drive thru. Funny when a chicken place runs out of chicken. Friendly employees

You always have to ask for napkins and forks in drive thru.

I ordered jalapeno with my order, but when I got home there was none. Bad service. A lot of angry natives working there. Sad.

Service was quick it was so rush hour but had orders going, no people taking back orders for mistakes. They were friendly need a bag to go they came to counter and asked may I help you. Awesome and delicious thank you

Customer service was terrible. The place was clean and the food was good.

Most times they 4 get our some of our side items. Today they said it here I forgot to put in ur bag👎

I'm staying in a hotel in which the restaurant is closed because of covid. I went through the drive up and ordered the chicken fried special. When I got back to my room I was missing flatware and napkins. The hotel didn't have any available because the restaurant was closed. Luckily I had a microwave in the room because everything was ice cold. Also, no butter or honey for the biscuit. I stay in Grant's 4 or 5 times a year. I will never go back. Is there any way to give a negative rating?

Mashed potatoes were spoiled and burnt biscuits. Only wings were in the bucket deal. Hardly any legs n thighs.

Interesting. Food was ok. Bathroom needs a lot of work in repairs and lack of cleanlinesss. The employees needed to smile and care a bit. If this is a corporate store, it needs a lot of attention. If this store is privately owned...it needs a lot of attention. A black eye on the chains reputation for certain. Sorry, just being brutally honest.

Service was really slow. Took 30 minutes just for an order of the famous bowl.

Great prices on KFC. Could be a little more efficient. Have to double check your to go stuff. To make sure it's all there.

I was a bit disappointed. Over $7 for my selection and it was tiny compared to the $5 box.. I'll know better next time

I don't think I've ever had any problems with KFC that they couldn't fix. The wait time at the drive through can be long, sometimes it's just best to go inside, I usually get served much faster that way. Good, hot food. They are sometimes out of popular stuff in the early evenings too, but they are willing to substitue. Friendly service.

No chicken ready, took them 20 minutes to let us know. Granted it was at the end of dinner rush, but still they should plan ahead some. Very disappointed in the Grant's KFC

8:20, waited twenty minutes before asked for our order then tells me out of chicken. So my family and I leave, then as we out the door "we have chicken" excuses me. No we leave, cashier/greeter need additude adjustment, not very friendly. I should know I've been in retail and know how to great and with a smile now matter what kinda day or thier attitude they walk in with. This restaurant needs HELP!!!!

Chicken was dry and nasty!! No more original recipe, replaced by something else disgusting

The whole team including the managers are so rude. They act awful even towards there own type of people. We all should be kind no matter where we are or who our leaders are. But not this store.

KFC in Grant's, had their customer skills on point! DARREN WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. The world needs managers like this young man.
